I'm a 5'7, 140 lb woman and I love this gi! The fabric is lighter than I expected and very comfy. I'm staying away from drying it in the dryer because I've heard it shrinks, but either way I don't think it would be awful if it shrunk a bit (especially if you like your pants and sleeves shorter)
