The gi is great for competition -- the collar is thick, but it's overall very light (doesn't seem to pick up sweat like my other do either). The pants are a tad tight, but stretchy so they end up working well. I just wore mine to my competition this past weekend and barely noticed it. The first gi I received had a small problem with the sleeve cuffs, but I sent them a pic of it and they were incredibly nice and sent me a replacement for free (and even let me keep the old one). I was very happy with the gi as well as the customer service.

Hoodie is super soft and very comfortable to wear. The quality is very good and the large size fit me perfect. I’m 5.10 and 174lbs.
