The site is convenient and informative. The only thing it lacks is the instructions on how many grams of every tea to use for 200 ml tea pot, gun-fun method and at what temperature to brew. Also how many seconds for the first teapot,second teapot, etc.

The website design is the only reason I subtracted a star. It's mostly only a cosmetic issue (and I don't care very much) but I think information on individual teas could be presented better. Still all really good and satisfying and I was really impressed by shipping price, speed, and quality.

First off, I have to say that the quality of the teas and the customer service at taiwanoolongs are exceptional. I have zero complaints. But it is not what I am looking for. I have been ordering from the same online teashop for 15 years. Over the last year the quality of their teas has dropped dramatically. I was looking for a replacement online shop where I could find a tea that I liked and continue to order it in the years ahead. I found a tea that I loved on your site , a couple actually, but then I discovered that the teas change from year to year and that the tea that I loved would not be coming back. Also, it is very difficult to get a sample of tea from taiwanoolongs, because of the $25 shipping charge (even on a 25 gm sample). So, with much regret, I have begun my search again for a reputable online teashop with whom I hope I can find a tea that I like and continue to order it in the future.
