Everything went smoothly, shopping was good and the return paperwork was easy to print and send off

The first pair came quickly… return was easy… but the replacement took 9 days and I could not track the order at all… I wrote to you and you didn’t ever answer … then they arrived 9 days after I was notified it was shipped… they are great jeans!

These shorts are baggy even after washing them and drying them. Now I cannot return them.
