Notification throughout the delivery process. Price was reasonable. I would recommend this shoe, as I have purchased in black pair at the store and ordered brown online. If you purchase this shoe you will not be disappointed at all. Go get you a pair or two. Oh yeah! The packaging was on point. Included shoe bag covers, shoe horn and display box for holding the shoe box. Real packaging quality. Please make other colors available in size 10 for me. Lol
