Took me some experimenting to find the best plug size. My left ear canal has more “exostosis” (damage from cold water exposure, as low as 48F/9C) – while it can’t be reversed, I feel the Surf Ears will keep it from getting worse. It is also very handy to be able to hear with the plugs in.
