I take 3 and use the stairmaster machine at the gym. Increases performance roughly by 25 percent. Expensive but we'll worth it.

When I ordered the product it took maybe a few days and I received it so they are pretty prompt on getting it out to you.

It is easy to order and they keep you informed about the delivery. Not sure yet about these packets. . . . and there isn't a scoop inside. . . . . . at least I don't think there is. Does it work?? Won't know until I get my 3mo. blood tests!!! But I am drinking it twice a day.
