I needed new pairs of contacts but couldn’t find the paper copy of my prescription. I know I just had my eye exam and I know it had not been a full year yet. I knew that I had ordered two pairs of contacts three months ago on Eiyan and wasn’t sure if they kept the prescription on file or if they would be able to help me. I reached out to customer support and they were able to find a solution and help me out. I appreciate the help and support given to me.
