I ran into an issue with a package being lost in the mail. Ofcourse it’s that time of year so I do not hold Eiyan responsible. They went above and beyond to replace the lost package. They responded fairly quickly and had great attitudes throughout the entire process. I will definitely do Business with them in the future.
