I ordered a few products and after a few weeks, they were not here so I tracked them and it showed them ending up in my city, Spokane. I reached out to supernatural and they tracked it and told me that it had gotten lost in Spokane. Very typical for this city. Supernatural immediately sent me a replacement and I am very happy with how quickly they acted to resolve the issue and I absolutely love their products

Using all their cleaning products. I wish the Bath & Tile came in the larger size like Wood & Floor and Counters & Granite do. These smell good and get the job done, and I’m not throwing away plastic bottles (or recycling things that don’t really get recycled a lot of times).
