I have worn these in all my shoes for years. Doctor recommended them. Originally I bought them from Kaiser but now I order directly from the company. Very efficient. I recommend them all the time.

I am impressed as I purchased tennis shoes for pickleball and they hurt my feet so bad. I put the inserts in and I am able to wear those shoes. I had purchased several other inserts like Dr. Someboday, but it just did not work. . I never realized that I might have a high arch, but these do help. My daughter mentioned she had been referred to these and I thought maybe they will help me. . . and I am able to not give these shoes away, but wear them myself. Thank you.
