Made my work boots a ton more comfortable! Not sure how well they would fit size 13 (M) boots though. The original insoles in my size 12 boots were the exact same size as these.

I love these! I have been using Superfeet insoles for years, as recommended by my podiatrist. I appreciate how they have evolved/improved over time. I started with the green, good but too thick for some of my shoes. The blue insoles arrived, much better, and useful for many years. Now the hiking insoles, and high Impact both address the discomfort in the ball of my foot. Great products.

Quick shipping, didn't have any need for contacting customer service so I have no idea how that would go. I would recommend superfeet to others.
