Sumo Strength

Severely dissapointed by build quality and manufacturing fault. I have contacted Sumo strength several times to rectify this, however have not received a response after several weeks of waiting. Appalling customer service. Better products are out there, I encourage you to look elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the bolts were forgotten from the package. I sent an email, but they didn't reply. I tried calling for several days, only to be told that they were too busy. I finally got through by phone, and was told they'd get back to me the same day to resolve the issue. I had to call again the following day because i had not heard from them. . . and was told they'd get back to me the same day to resolve the issue. The following day just before i was about to call again i received a shipping confirmation sms that i would be receive the missing parts. Bit of an ordeal.

Missing part. Poor communication - no replies to my emails and calls about not receiving a part that I still haven't received despite purchasing 4 weeks ago.

Only having 14 days to send products back and then losing 20% on top is ridiculous
