Still waiting for issues to be resolved, more communication would be appreciated left without answer and have to continually follow up. Customer relations/operations needs improvement

Delivered quickly

Went to pick up during opening hours only to find they had shit early and not able to be contactable. It is only the amazing work and communication from their customer service team via email that has prevented a 1 star review

Good company and quality equipment. Not the cheapest for delivery fees and wish dispatch and delivery was quicker.

Order took forever to get here and i had to make several phone calls to find out where it was. Reception hours on from 10-14:00 and only realised it was lost after me following up.
