Terrible product. Save your money. It does not work

I was suppose to receive an extra gift with my purchase when I spent a certain amount and it didn't come, but it doesn't really matter at this point because I really dislike the product itself too.

Haven’t received items. Tried contacting support and no response so it’s been a hassle.

Total waste of money. Doesn't suds, feels awful, doesn't fit well in hand. Threw it away after two showers.

Last time I ordered it worked great I bought another just to add since I have multiple products and I cleaned it according to guidelines and it was on the recommended surface but won’t stick for longer than a day, unluckily also damaging the bottom of the tubs finish when it fell it chipped the finish to the bare metal, I seriously love this company and their products but something needs to change with the sticky part on these
