It feels nice and gentle, but I found that even after showering I could still see some dirt left on my skin. For me, it wasn’t quite strong enough to give a full, deep scrub

These hooks don’t stick! I ordered two and neither one stayed in place with the sub scrub on it! I contacted customer service and went back and forth including providing pictures of my clean white tile. They said they would replace them and I have never received the replacements. Don’t waste your money!

his purchase was a huge disappointment. Especially as I thought I carefully evaluated what I was buying. But what I couldn’t evaluate were 2 things- the weight of the handle for the back scrubber is sooo heavy it makes it too difficult for a 72 year old woman to use it effectively to scrub her back with any force to get exfoliation. And 2-when you use the scrubber, you have to load it up with so much of your soap product (and my soap is NOT cheap) I will paying way too much to use this scrubber in cleanser to make this practicals! I want to return the whole system and just stick with my Norwex exfoliating washcloths that are silver infused.
