My shipment had been delayed because a train derailed but I was notified by the support team and it was really nice that they notified me about what happened with the package. Instead of some companies just referring you to the tracking number and to call the shipping company. Felt like a valued customer and will for sure buy more parts from them.

They have been solid. Love the videos they put out. The videos are super helpful with trying to learn about a product and how to install them. Definitely a go to when thinking about doing anything to my WRX
