Very easy to order the parts I needed and they were shipped out right away. Unfortunately the post office sent the package to another city, but that's not subaruparts. com's fault. I would definitely order again from them. Prices were reasonable, great communication.

Ahipping was much faster than expected and oarts were OEM as described. Could have probably oicked order up instead if oaying for shipping if I had known it was coming from a local dealership

Package arrived promptly with all of the items I ordered. It was well packaged with no damage to any of the items inside. Nice to be able to get these routine maintenance parts without the hassle of having to drive to the dealership or pay the exorbitant price they charge to install easy install items.
