Great on line ordering system and good offers but was disappointed recently when my last order ( after I had chased it several times) failed to arrive ! I was desperate for the item and had to go and purchase it elsewhere !! I did get a refund but it was a lot of hassle and time taken trying to find out where the order was. Wasn’t happy on this occasion.

I have used the neck cream since Xmas 2023 I have not noticed any difference in my skin tone still have slight saggy neck lines .. however I do like the products so thought I will try my 2nd pot . But I suppose you cannot make a silk purse out of a sows ear
