Stop making it so hard to purchase your stuff

I gave the products I purchased one star because I am absolutely exhausted of doing parts research for Primo parts. In the past three months I have purchased a Primo Biscuit seat, two Rebars, Cali grips, Superbite cranks, and a Balance hub set (Front and Rear FC) All of it is absolutely fantastic. The hubs perform great and are super easy to maintain...I have transitioned from being an Odyssey loyalist to all Primo. The cranks are really high quality, look great, and are simple to disassemble, even though they don’t come with a crank puller. The Rebars are more burley and harder to cut through than any S&M metal I have modified in the past. But the website is incredibly unhelpful providing technical and information. This would be acceptable if you guys only supplied grips...but even ODI will provide full specs of their gear! I was so impressed with the hubs that I actually wrote a full review on Vital BMX which provided detailed info on the specs and internals. The reason I did this is because you don’t provide this information and I would like to help other riders make informed buying decisions. Hubs aren’t cheap...and there are plenty of other brands that sing their own praises and make it easier on the customer to make a purchasing decision. Spend less time on marketing and trying to appeal to a perceived uneducated demographic. Spend more time on providing access to the details required to make a buying decision without having to resort to finding obscure bits and pieces on third-party websites. I’m 39 now and getting back into BMX from riding in the 90s. The game has changed since then, when I can remember making buying decisions based on ”trial and error” and word of mouth/brand reputation.
