Very good service, other dealers wouldn't order the part for me or would say things like " the part might never come in" They notified me of the delay, ordered the part and less that 2 weeks later I had my shift knob. A+

Needed some power steering parts for our '03 CR-V. The vehicle being 21 years old, the parts had to come from California. Fortunately for us, we have a second vehicle. And the wait was worth it. We're in South Carolina and 20 minutes away from two Honda dealerships. Buying the parts from HondaAcuraOnline.com, including shipping, is still less expensive than buying the parts locally. And of course, buying Honda OEM parts...they simply fit properly. Order arrived 3 or 4 days early and in perfect condition, all parts accounted for. Service beyond expectations. I've been buying parts from HondaAcuraOnline.com for probably 15 + years.... even while we lived in the Chicagoland area. So, steer yourself in the right direction and at least compare prices before buying someplace else.
