Shipping was a disaster, I waited on my chair for a month, the installer took forever to contact me and I had to harass customer service to have any answer and find a solution.

Before this chair I had a chair that would make my back hurt after 1-2hrs which led me to sitting on my couch or laying in bed when I WFH. Now I can sit at my desk all day with no back pain. Truly worth the investment. I really wish there was more affordable options for others though that don’t have a work stipend like me.

I had no problems with the Steelcase Store. Everything was good.

It took longer than I was expecting, but not as long as it could have considering the chair was built after ordering. Packaged well, easy to assemble, from box to desk in less than 10 minutes.
