The content is great, however, the technical side of things has a lot of room for improvement. For example, the app is not at all user friendly. It’s very awkward and does not allow for easy navigation. It also still does not recognize that I have a membership and it is stuck in the free trial phase. Another issue is when I click on articles from emails, it should automatically take me to my account instead of me having to log in every single time I want to read an article. A lot of the time, I will click on more than 1 article to save to read for later and I have to log in each time. It is very cumbersome to have to do this and again, not user friendly. It also took a month for my email address to be added to the all/out studio access which should be something that happens automatically when you sign up for a membership. This was after I sent multiple emails about the issue so who knows if it would have been added without me asking about it. I was very excited to be a part of runners world but I am so far disappointed by these hiccups.
