Honestly I have been so used to ordering from a cut above I kept doing it. Now that the shirts are made in a different country and the arm size is a bit smaller, the selections being out of stock, and the long wait times plus paired with the shipping and cost I'm going to order from someone else next. The in store customer service was stellar though. I wish I hadn't left with 5 shirts that I'm hoping the sleeves will loosen on

The shipping took a little longer than what it said.

The shipping was faster than expected. My only complaint is the website is really hard to use. Scrolling through all the pages of shirt types to find a specific set of criteria takes way to long. A more streamlined search would make shopping more bearable.

Excellent customer service. The sweater however has a hole in the cuff.

Wonderful experience getting fitted in-store and dealing with customer service. I did find that a 15.5” neck fits slightly tighter on the tropo than the Altus and should’ve tried on both separately, but I love the shirts overall. My Goshawk pants are great. I had a minor issue with a pocket being sewn in backwards, but they sent a replacement pair ASAP. Another pair has a zipper pocket in addition to the regular pockets which I thought was a defect, but apparently is an older style. I wasn’t aware that was an option when trying them on, so I was a little surprised to find that 1 of my 4 pairs had that feature. Just would’ve been good to know prior to receiving them and wearing them, making them ineligible to return. Not a deal-breaker, obviously.
