Overall it is a nice shirt and good quality. I would like it to be as white as my other pilot shirts though. And the bump in the collar is quite annoying. I like the gray material in the collar, but not the cushioned bump thing...it requires a larger neck sizing. The fit overall was very nice and as expected. The fit of the collar, was smaller than any of my other shirts with the same size neck...order a size up in the collar.

As expected.

Other than the clasp issue, everything was great.
