Jacket ok in mild to cool weather but inadequate in typical cold winter ops in the north.

The shirt is a great material and weight blend for me. It is so much more breathable and comfortable than the other shirt I was using. I highly recommend. I will most likely order more and possibly try the other styles. I also really enjoyed the website. It has great descriptions for style and sizing.
