Good service. Excellent product

The service, packaging and delivery to Mackay was excellent. The problem was with Australia Post. Took 2 days and a 1.5 hour wait to get the package from Mackay West Post Office. First sms was the package to be delivered around 11.00 am, second sms then it would be in the afternoon however it never happened. Gave them the next day to get their act together, nothing happened. Had to visit the post office in person where it too 1.5 hours to find the package. I did tell them in no uncertain terms how I felt about the situation. NOT YOUR FAULT WILL GET PRODUCTS FROM YOU NEXT TIME.
