I hate this service. The archive only goes back like 10 years. Couldn't get a refund. I don't want your stupid print magazine either.

Not getting magazine

Have not received an issue in five years. I paid in advance.

I paid 3 times for the extra viewings and still can't receive it. I am 85 and need uncomplicated ways to receive information.
