Have yet to receive my magazine

When purchasing the subscription, something glitched when clicking submit. So I did it a couple more times with no success. My bank had preauth charges, though, so I emailed support which let me know that was was not subscribed and the charges would drop (they did). Eventually I was able to subscribe, but it was a hassle.
