Very bad experience

Made a yearly sub in may was told July/aug would be my first issue. Come that time I didn’t receive one so I emailed them a they said oops we’ll get you your first issue to you sept/oct. It’s absolutely ridiculous to wait that long for your mistakes. No wonder magazine companies are disappearing they can’t even get them to you after you pay them. Because of this experience this may n be my first n last yearly sub. Do better by the people that support you.

Got this subscription as a gift to my nephew he never received 1 magazine signed into account and all it asked was for me to renew it.
