I was offered a 10% discount but it was not emailed to me for a few days and after I ordered. When I asked if it could be applied after the order I was denied. Package arrived days later than tracking indicated and then 6 hours before stated time on day of arrival. Tracking needs to be improved. Great product despite these difficulties.

Had to pay for returning on the $80 purchase.

slow arrival with no tracking of shipment. also it took 4 days for the mattress to regain its shape.

Customer service after sale disappointing.

Wish they had more products in inventory. Tracking and shipping were great.
