I had a few questions while designing my decal and they were answered promptly. They were shipped quickly and arrived even faster than promised. The quality is great! I am very happy with my purchase.

Overall, we've always been pleased with your service, products and delivery. Over the years, we've only had two problems that I can think of. One was one of our big door decals... when we went to put it on, whoever had cut the backing paper cut all the way through the decal, sliced it right in half! Fortunately, we had a couple spares. At the time, I forgot to contact you about it. By the time I remembered, many months had passed, and I just opted to let it slide. More recently, we discovered that the clear windshield banners that we're using don't last nearly as long as they should. They're still a good value, but they don't hold up nearly as well as the regular vinyl. As far as color-fade, they are about the same. But, they tend to sag a little bit in the heat, creating ripples near the bottom. The worst part though, after just a little over 2 years, they did start yellowing around the top edge. When removed, they were REALLY brittle and crumbled in those areas, where the rest of the decal peeled off neatly. The glue, however, is great! Again, for the price, no real complaint. But, I did inquire before ordering them, and was told that they should last 3-5 years. That, they did not! Anyhow, maybe you can find a better clear vinyl... or at least adjust what you tell customers to expect from them. Keep doing what you're doing.
