Arrived on time and undamaged, and the price was perfect

This is a great outdoor play piece for kids!

Had to reach out for one had stripped hole so screw would not stay connected. On the other one it was missing a plug. On both occasions Step 2 customer service handled both situations to our satisfaction. I think their quality inspection and packing crew needs more training based on our experience with issues on both new loungers.

The mailbox, packaging, and delivery all were as advertised, great!
