Never had any issues. It’s always a quick and easy checkout, they send you an email to confirm your order, and another to let you know that your order has shipped. On occasion, I have received an email on the update of my order, which is appreciated, although the shipping is always within a very reasonable timeframe. Products are great and work for me too! I’ve tried their regular stars and other collabs, pore strips and their face wash. Personally not a fan of the face wash as it didn’t really do much for me. Otherwise i would definitely recommend their stars!!!

The shipping took a lot longer then expected but as a Canadian sometimes things get stuck at the border for a while. However it was great that the Shop App kept me updated on tracking and when I did reach out to customer service they were so friendly and so quick to reply and reassure me! 10/10
