Not a good experience at all. The guide only spoke Spanish I can't speak or understand spanish. The guide was more interested in getting us out there to take photos than making sure we were comfortable and enjoying the experience which we were not. The make the boat go very fast around other big boats and turns control over to us without us knowing what we were doing. Then takes us to an area far away from the beach and shows us the photos and is trying to sell them for way way more than they are worth. When we decided he seemed upset and we told him to take us back to the beach. They are way more interested in making more money on the pictures than helping us have a good time and feel safe and comfortable. World never recommend this to antone. We came back to the beach after about 1 hour instead of the 3 the tire Latour should take. We did not gel comfortable nor safe at all

Horrible experience. Guide did not show. Had to pay again for new tickets at the desk.

This was a horrible experience. By the way it is described, you would think you are going to have a once in a lifetime experience. I will say that it was an experience, but not the one I wanted to have. Yes, you got to ride on ATV's or buggies. The distance was short. You went SLOW. Yes, you got to see how they make mamajuana and chocolate, but it was a 3 minute show followed with people harassing you into buying items. Even lying about the prices on items. Yes, you got to go to a beautiful beach where you encountered more people trying to sell you things as soon as you walk into the beach area. As soon as you walk onto the beach the tour people set you up with a person, they immediately start trying to sell you things. Good luck trying to get to the beach. Once on the beach, you are still being harassed by people trying to sell you things or charge you to take pictures (with your camera). Makes the beach not so enjoyable. Yes, you get to go see a cave and swim in water. That description is loosely correct. They take you to a cave where you have to fight through people selling you items. Stand in line to get in the water, take a picture, and get out. You DO NOT get to swim in the cave. Only take a single picture ($60 in value). I would not recommend this excursion to anyone. Felt like I was totally scammed.

There was an internal mix-up between Spur Experiences and Big Bus Tour processes and we were not able to use our experience on the day, nor were we able to get ahold of Spur Experiences or Big Bus Tour as the number Spur provided was not valid for Big Bus. Very disappointed to say the least and we were not exactly happy with the customer service provided by Spur. We will not be using Spur Experiences ever in the future and expressed this directly with Spur. They have since fixed this issue for future customers at our expense so hopefully no one else has this experience.
