Your bare root products are awful.

The plants I ordered for spring planting came dry rooted. . . only 1 of all the plants lived. . . . even leafed out. What a disappointment and waste of lots of money. Very concerned about the hostas due to arrive September1. I am NOT novice gardener. Certainly haven no desire to shop or recommend Spring Hill in the future.

We spent $72 for 3 pink grasses, 3” tall when received, planted them none survived. Contacted Springhill no response. Will NEVER purchase from Springhill again.

I would choose to buy from another nursery. First, you receive twigs. Most of the plants didn’t root. Customer service was responsive. They were out of the plants I ordered so they gave me a credit to use. Thats not helpful when the plants ordered are for a specific purpose. I’d rather go buy them somewhere else, so my yard is even next year.

Bought it to replace one that had winter damage. When it arrived only one half was leaved or budding. Planted and waited for it to fill out. Kept it watered but didn't happen. Poor quality.
