Plant a bust Company gracious about issuing a credit

lots of dried up roots. . . packing could be better!

The plants I received did okay but were small and seemed to struggle through much of the spring and early summer. Of the bulbs I received, only half grew. I used Costco bulbs in my other planter and those thrived far better.

I'm giving this a 3 rating because I do not expect to see anything until spring. I have planted the three little things that arrived in the hope that they will grow next spring. If something should have broken through already, then I am very disappointed
