Most of what I ordered this season did very well. I’ve had a little trouble with one clematis but I think it will do all right. My big problem is with the Virginia Blue Bells; none of them grew from my first order and my last order, four plants were rotten when they arrived. How can I get some good roots that will grow?

I received an order that had perennials - multiples of the same item - some came in great shape but 2 came dry as a bone - both the plant and the soil. When I reached out I was told to plant these items and if they did not come up in the spring they would be replaced at that time. Very disappointing in that I want these plants to grow at the same rate. I asked for replacement now and was told that was not SH's policy. I will think twice about ordering from SH again due to this.

Is this coming back in Spring?

The plants were delivered with no protection. They were just 2 bulbs in the box. We planted them and hope they bloom in the spring
