Spout has made significant inroads into reinventing a dehumidifier that puts water into a pitcher instead of a bucket. HOWEVER, their product is 1)LOUD, 2) OVER-ENGINEERED, and 3) OVER-PRICED. Also THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PERPETUALLY CONFUSED. My unit has already been replaced once for power issues, the replacement is supposed to be replaced again because it sounds like a jet taking off and the water tastes bad (they put 'minerals' back in the water after dehumidifying), and now after a month of waiting for the company to fulfil their promise to ship me a new unit, and with it an RMA for this unit, I was informed that they're sorry it's taken so long to repair my unit, but their engineers are diagnosing it and waiting on parts. That's right, their engineers are hard at work fixing the one sitting at my house! To top it all off, whoever is conducting this survey is also lying to the company, because I've now three times given them ONE star, and the survey clears my message each time and reverts back to five stars!
