Spellbinders were unable to send me the embossing folder the first time I ordered it because of a supply issue. Instead of leaving me hanging customer services contacted me really quickly. They offered me a choice between a refund and going on the waiting list to get it sent out as soon as it comes back in stock. I am really impressed, as so many companies forget that customer satisfaction comes not just from the products but also from the service given when things don't go right straight away.
