I've always had good service when I've ordered from Spellbinder, I didn't have to wait long fir my items to be delivered.

1 of the machines was out of stock but the ones that were in stock were sent first. I didn't hear anything further about the delivery of the missing item, but I sent an email and used the online chat which was excellent. I was told the missing item was back in stock and this has now been sent out to me. Looking forward to making a few cards at the weekend. I haven't been able to use then til now due to the missing item but the are al very good quality
