Im very pleased with the retailer. Ordering was extremely easy and I got the shipment much faster than I thought I would - I believe it was only 3 days and I did standard shipping. The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because I had to reorder a new mop. When I first got this I was afraid I would break it. The connection of the handle with the mophead is plastic and it has to be in a specific position for you to pull the handle down to mop. Then it has to be in that same position to put it upright. I was afraid that one day I would try to lower the mop handle while its in the wrong position and thats exactly what I did and it snapped the handle off.
