I highly recommend this cap not only for those with long hair but also for people who have voluminous hair. This cap has enough room for my hair which is both long - below the waist line, and voluminous. It isn’t easy to wear as any other swimming cap; however it is kind of comfortable as well as it stays in place during long training sessions.
