Product never received

Spa electric box splitter was faulty. Obviously not tested before shipped. Which cost me a service charge of $129.00 and further delay of enjoying our spa.

Ordered a part for my spa gave all the information all the measurements of the part I needed and all the information about the spa I have and still they hadn`t even a clue about the right part, I ordered the part on 1/14/2022 and today is 1/23/2022 and still no part yet. If your going to run a business then get some training into the products you sell so your customers don`t have to guess and pay the shipping on parts that will need to be sent back!

Part was to be received with in 2 days. A week later and still nothing and no one ever bothered to reach out to inform that there was an issue with supply.

I ordered my parts a month ago and was charged on my credit card but i have not received the product!
