Ordered $150 worth of items. Turns out items were out of stock. Had to send messages to find this out. Still have no date when we will get them. Would be nice to be updated on the status with out asking Sean Reynolds

The item looks great, and it fits! Would have been a 5 star! But I do not need cards with bible verses on them. I appreciate and respect your religion and I hope you respect mine also. Thank you

Spa Store could not produce the filter that they had on their website and they couldn’t tell me when it would be delivered. They charged my card and were not very polite on the phone. They didn’t seem to care if they had my business or not. They did promptly credit my account after I cancelled the order. I was able to order the Spa filters from Discount Filters.
