Pleased with pricing, although free shipping would have Increased the review to a 5 star. Did take longer than expected to receive...slow shipping.

There were some Problems by paying with the credit card Bit with paypal everything was ok

Great service after the sale

I am not sure how important this is but I think all is well.

Our filter came in good order and at a fair price. Four stars reflect my disappointment with having test strips I can’t use. They are only for use in a test meter. $10 wasted plus I don’t have fresh strips to use.
