I had called Sundance Spas to get the part number for an airflow valve. The couldn’t get it right - twice! Spa Stote hooked me up the first time, had it out the door that day by Priority mail at no extra cost. Plus he was simply a nice gentleman. I’ll get my hot tub stuff there from now on.

Operator helped troubleshoot the problem. Part arrived quickly and fixed the problem.
