I wasn't sure which temperature sensor I needed, and I'm I'm a hurry, so bought two possibilities. I was quickly contacted by spa store asking if I'd made a mistake. Told them it was intentional. They offered to help me narrow down which one I needed, and a few emails later the correct part was on its way. Those items are non refundable (which I knew), and it would have been easy for spa store to just let me throw my money away buying stuff I don't need. That they intervened and *helped me spend less* just shows these guys have great customer focus. This was not my first purchase from them, and it won't be the last. Great store.

I have found the Spa Store web sight easy to navigate and find what I am need of. Their prices are very reasonable and fotr my needs the selection is good. The products purchased are of good quality and have not had any problems with them. Delivery is exceptionally quick. All in all I could not be more pleased with the company
