I was overall pleased with this company. I received the 6 boxes for the trampoline within 2 business days. However 1 of the boxes was not the right product. I was able to keep the contents of this box and they sent out the new replacement box right away.

Space jump seems to be very easy to deal with. I would go through them again if I needed to.
