I called and was provided the proper information to pay and receive the shipping box for my VHS tapes to be processed.

Site was easy to use. Got my box. So excited to see how this turns out.

I was skeptical at first but all my concerns were for naught. The service was just as described , and my digitized photos came back sooner than expected.

Couldn’t have been an easier process. Southtree sends you a prepaid shipping box for your tapes/film and within a couple weeks the tapes/film are sent back with whatever you requested to save your information on. Highly recommended .
