Like I mentioned there is no inventory in the website

Since the new website launched, shipping has been very slow. Before the new site launch, I would get items in 2 days or less. But now it's much longer. My last order took almost 2 weeks to recieve. Very unacceptable

I've been a monthly customer of South Smoke for going on 5 years now, mainly because they had the best prices online for my favorite brand of shisha. Ordinarily, my order was processed within hours, shipped via UPS and arrived within a few days via UPS. Since May when it was acquired by Global hookah I've made three different monthly orders despite prices going up steeply. In every case, the order took days to even process and more than a week to ship out via USPS. In this most recent order, they were out of stock on my preferred flavors of my most recent brand, so I ordered what I hoped would be analogues by a different brand. Processing the order took even longer than it had previously and shipping through USPS took nearly two weeks. This feels less like an earnest attempt to run a business and more like a competitor buying out competition and purposely trying to ruin their reputation.

No product yet, ordered may 21st, reorder to compensate on 28th still no product.
